Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 27, 2020, Guess?, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the continued temporary closure of its retail stores in the United States and Canada until further notice as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
