Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) today announced the appointment of Nancy Shachtman as its President of North America, reporting to Paul Marciano, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman. Ms. Shachtman will oversee the Company's North American retail operations for Guess and Guess by Marciano as well as Guess Wholesale, including Mexico.

Nancy Shachtman originally joined Guess in 1986 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in sales and merchandising until becoming President of Guess, Inc. Wholesale division which she operated for 10 years reporting to Maurice Marciano.
